Man you must have some hairy red balls, if I tried that at my local nick I’d be in possession of one slightly bent camera and nasty limp.

    3. Cstrife234 Says:

    4. Steff247 Says:

Question everything! Well Done! 🙂 It’s time the masses realised that the only true law is common law.

    5. greywolf424 Says:

AN ACT IS LAW. ACCORDING TO LACK’S LEGAL DICTIONARY WHICH DEFINES COMMON LAW TERMS.
      .
ACT OF LAW. THE OPERATION OF FIXED LEGAL RULES UPON FACTS OR OCCURRENCES, PRODUCING CONSEQUENCES INDEPENDENT OF THE DESIGN OR WILL OF THE PARTIES CONSERVED.

    6. psychodrilla Says:

@greywolf424 blacks 1 says acts/statutory instruments are given the FORCE OF LAW where in that does it say are law?
      nowhere
      they need our consent
and consent is deemed through action or inaction
      its a hidden fraud
hidden in plain sight in my opinion

    7. greywolf424 Says:

only one committing fraud is you,

carry black’s legal dictionary WITH you. and ALWAYS document. MP3 recorder, or whatever you have. great job, this is a perfectly rational and backed argument.

    12. Purushadasa Says:

I love your accent. Where are you from? (I think it’s England, but what part?)

    13. luckyvet Says:

Well, the cop had a pretty good attitude, probably because you’re not a threatening type of individual, and you didn’t have a bad attitude.

    14. digwillhachi Says:

acts are not laws, england is a common law land and that is the only law. acts are rules made by parliment which are given the force of law by consent. NO CONSENT NO LAW!!!
failure for a police to recognise the difference is gross legligance and fraud and punishable by jail. Police are just a private security firm, a police man has no more power than you or i FACT !

    15. lycun4 Says:

‘Statute law’ is the law (statutes) that has been issued by a process of parliamentary debate and royal consent.

‘Case law’ is the body of law that has been established by the higher courts. If a high-ranking court decides that a principle of law exists, then all lower courts must treat that principle as law.

    16. kernzyp Says:

@greywolf424 ONLY BY CONSENT.. I BET YOU CONSENT TO EVERYTHING/? LOL!

    18. krirp Says:

2:31 the cop is like ‘yeah, your right. I’m talking shit again aren’t I?’

    19. tiatdivad Says:

@theblackmanOyeah Are’nt voice recordings void in a court of law if the other party does not give consent ?
You can’t just tape them without telling them you are doing so ?

    20. tiatdivad Says:

Yeah it’s amazing so many police do not actually know the law which begs the question what are they actually enforcing ?

    21. musefreek Says:

sorry, but you seem like a little shit stirring turd to me who is just trying to get one over what seems to be a really good natured police man.

do something useful with your time and try to contribute to society. you just appear to be on a powertrip.

    22. Dewdaahman Says:

daddy, if an Act is a Law why don’t they call it Law..? well son, they play games with our language.. how about Codes and Statutes..? are they Law..? no son, they certainly are not.. they are given the power of Law by consent.. daddy, why do you consent to the Motor Vehicle Act..?because son, I don’t wanna dodge bubba in the shower.. if you don’t consent they will tase and beat you.. what are we gonna do about it daddy..? we’re tryin’ the civil way now, but there was a day when words failed..

    23. ahamatmabrahman Says:

@TheHolySpirit I had the same experience I was so happy to talk to him I didnt care that it made me late for an appointment We were talking about how magistrates dont even get paid but do the job thinking they are serving the community, their payment is the air of respectability they think it gives them and access to favours. His freind just wandered off with a red face as we talked LOL
