      the other day i was cuffed, arrested, and searched for “obstructing a pathway” in the subway in philly. i was appalled for the citation “obstructing” so i called the cop an asshole. he was like, “o im an aasshole? say good bye to your knife” (kershaw skyline) i was like whatever man, youre a dick. lol

      @Remington597man

      Cite? Federal law stops at regulating the import of auto knives and gravity knives.

      I know for a fact in Alaska there’s no state level age restriction at all to purchase or carry a knife, openly or otherwise. We just got done passing Knife Preemption.

    13. npa4863 Says:

      @SupermanMan1116 basically you can carry a katana (sword) down the street aslong as its not concealed… some states may have a added law on that saying if you put your hands on the handle/grip they have reason to stop you…

    14. npa4863 Says:

      thats a fairly old book so you may want to look at the state laws and interpreting them yourself… publish date is 8/17/2006

      Norway: to carry a knife is illegal at all times UNLESS you work in a field where a knife would be needed as a tool, like an electritian to strip wires, or if it was for a sport like outdoors in the wild. But to carry it around is not legal. If you finish your trip, go to a place to grab a bite and then go home that is illegal because ur not going directly to/from the place the knife is being used.
      Few knives are illegal like automatic/assisted, balisongs/butterflies and violence products are.

    24. rogantu Says:

      @STKtaylor ;(
      but how many cops does it take to change a light bulb? none they’ll just beat the room for being black.

    25. VolundoftheSky Says:

      @cutlerylover To put a question on his, so fi it’s legal to open carry a bali in your area, if you have it exposed via clip, like a 51, you should be okay?
