Do supranational laws erode domestic democratic systems? A dialogue at CEU

As part of the rector’s ongoing series of conversations about democracy, three leading legal scholars discussed how international policy and law making affects domestic democratic systems. Speakers included Dieter Grimm of Humboldt and Yale Universities, Mattias Kumm of New York University and of the Social Science Research Center at Humboldt, and Miroslaw Wyrzykowski of Warsaw University.
