The English Legal System 2009-2010 by Gary Slapper and David Kelly

ITS BECAUSE LAW GOVERNS LIFE! HERE IS ESSENTIAL READING FOR STUDENTS OF LAW AND PRACTITIONERS TOO An appreciation by Phillip Taylor MBE and Elizabeth Taylor of Richmond Green Chambers If you are a student of law at whatever level, Slapper & Kellys new edition of The English Legal System is an essential work of reference, which can only make your studies easier. The Tenth Edition in 15 chapters and about 650 pages, the authors create a clear and accessible work aimed at imparting a good understanding of the law, its institutions and processes. They point out what many of us only dimly realize, that our law permeates into every cell of social life, governing everything from food and drink and the air we breathe, to travel, family relationships, sexuality and virtually everything else: science, employment, business, education, health and of course, conflicts, from neighbour disputes to wars. The list is by no means exhaustive as students will well know. Since the first edition we reviewed in 1994, The English Legal System has successfully cut through the complexities of the subject, setting the law and system in a social context. Each new edition published since then has been thoroughly updated to take into account new developments within the English legal system of common law reasoning. The 2009-2010 title incorporates material on important changes to: the criminal justice system; statutory interpretation; judges; changes in the legal professions, and in the funding of

(Statutes/ Act) Act’s are only given the force of Law by the Consented !…Ps, We are ruled by consent, otherwise we’d be living under a Dictatorship (tyranny)…Common Law Jurisdiction is the Law in UK (fact), and not this Admiralty Law / Maritime Law (Statutes/ Act /Codes/Rules)…Your thoughts please goodbyee007?…

You could consider the role now of the UK Supreme Court and compare it with the House of Lords – has there been a change with this new court being more of a policy making body than a cout of appeal?

I was just going to write what you did freedombiteback.

Even a high court Judge said we need more “Common Law” in courts.

The legal system is of the devil, and should be eliminated for the betterment of humanity, and to save the soul of whoever. 1 Corinthians 11:31,KJB,for if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.KJB, 1 Corinthians 4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. The condemner will be condemned, legalize zoosexuality.

    13. kobidobidog Says:

Concerning vain thoughtless men that make laws thinking they are a god,and they are not a god:1 Corinthians 1:25 the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.1 Corinthians 3,19For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. Mans law is foolishness.police are only a branch of the military sanctifying human sacrifices, and cause humans to whore after the false god of war bowing to Satan.
